About our coffee
At Jive in Java, we only select the best beans we can get. We pick thru by hand to ensure you are getting the best quality available.
You can select from our Medium roast, which is our standard roast that brings out the optimal flavor of each coffee. And our Dark roast used for making espresso and for those who like a strong after dinner coffee. Our decaf process is using the Swiss Water method. The Swiss Water® Process is a taste-driven, 100% chemical free decaffeination process that delivers coffee that is 99.9% caffeine-free while protecting the unique origin characteristics and flavor. Most other processes use chemical solvents, like Methylene Chloride or Ethyl Acetate to decaffeinate coffee beans.
We use only 100% Arabica beans !
Our flavored coffees are made with our Medium roast to give the best flavor.
